Thank you for taking the time to read over the policies for my shop, Bling Chicks. Here you will find my policies regarding payment, shipping, refunds, and exchanges, as well as additional information such as my business hours.
We are dedicated to providing only the highest quality custom jewelry meant to preserve memories and highlight your stories. Each of our items is a one of a kind piece and we are always happy to accommodate special requests and custom orders. Bling Chicks is especially proud of our line of awareness items including anti-bullying campaigns and Semicolon Project jewelry pieces.

PAYMENT:
Bling Chicks accepts PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment.
Payment is due at the time of order, and Bling Chicks reserves the right to cancel a transaction is payment does not clear within five (5) days of order placement.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this option and can sign in as a Guest. To use this option, please follow the prompts and refer to PayPal.com for any additional questions.
SHIPPING:
Bling Chicks ships all orders through USPS First Class mail.
A customer may choose to upgrade their order to USPS Priority mail for an additional fee during the checkout process.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Bling Chicks does not offer refunds or exchanges unless there was a mistake made because our an Error on the part of Bling Chicks. All sales are final.
If you purchase an item and request a cancellation within eight (8) hours of placement we will process your request and issue a full refund. This is only if the order has not been started by Bling Chicks.
If the order has been started cancellation and refund requests are no longer valid, even if they fall within that eight (8) hour window.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their order is correct at the time of placement, and by purchasing a product from Bling Chicks, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth within these policies.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us via Etsy conversation with detailed documentation (including pictures) of alleged damage within three (3) days of receipt. At that time Bling Chicks will evaluate your case.
Bling Chicks does not offer replacements, exchanges or partial refunds for normal wear and tear of jewelry, buyer’s remorse, or damage sustained by the customer.
Please treat your jewelry with care and do not wear while in water, working out or sleeping.
Customer service is important to Bling Chicks, and so should you be dissatisfied with your product for any reason, I do encourage you to message me directly.
